Ripasso DOC Vivaldi

Vivaldi’s Ripasso is a refined expression of Valpolicella heritage: ripe cherry, dried plum, and spice notes combine with a velvety texture and rich body. The ripasso method (re-fermentation on Amarone “rasins”) gives it depth and layered complexity. 

Food pairing: Braised meats, aged pecorino, roasted lamb, or mushroom ragu.
