🔁 Returns

 


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless:

 

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

 


In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@labottevino.com with your order number and photos of the product.


 

💰 Refunds

 


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:

 

  • Refunds can take up to 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

⚠️ Non-refundable items

 


We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

 

  • Wine that was opened or consumed

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Gifts or promotional items

 


 

📦 Damaged Packages

 


If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not open it. Take a photo and contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
