Amarone Vivaldi DOCG

This iconic Amarone is made using the appassimento method, where Corvina and Rondinella grapes are dried for several months to concentrate their sugars and aromas. The result is a full-bodied, opulent red wine with intense notes of dried cherry, fig, cocoa, and spice. Smooth and velvety on the palate, it boasts powerful structure, integrated tannins, and a lingering finish. Best served with aged cheeses, braised meats, or simply savored on its own as a meditative wine.
